10 YEARS OF SEDIPRO

  • SEDIPRO PUCP is a student section whose main objective is to disseminate and apply good project management practices from a multidisciplinary approach. As an organization, we have ten years of experience inside and outside the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) responding to the need for complementarity of academic knowledge that the university offers us with experiential experiences in project teams.
  • Within the section, students find a space in which they can materialize their ideas to generate high-impact projects in society. In such a way that our members contribute their skills and valuable knowledge to the university community, at the same time that they learn different methodologies and frameworks. Unlike many organizations, Sedipro PUCP is mainly characterized by articulating and complementing the discovery and enhancement of the skills of its members with good project management practices. So we get trained members and a warm organizational environment.
  • Our vision as an organization is “to be recognized as a leader at the student level for contributing to the success of projects that generate impact within the university community and society.”
  • Our mission is “to promote the adoption, appreciation and use of good project management practices at university and professional level, training people committed to their environment.”
  • Our section firmly believes that, living within changing societies and due to the great challenges of professional life, learning about project management plays a vital role in the university education of the student. Indeed, our volunteering provides the basis for a training with a multidisciplinary approach from which great students, citizens and professionals will be formed. That is why Sedipro PUCP is much more than an organization, it is a great family motivated since its inception in 2011 to train students who are aware of their environment, agents of change, and successful professionals.
