Methodology

• The 10th edition of CONEGP will be held for 2 weeks, from August 9 to 21, under a totally remote modality. During these weeks the following 5 thematic axes will be addressed: Social Responsibility, Agile Tools, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Project Management and Change Management, in which each thematic axis will be executed under the concept of “learn and apply” through Black and White days. The Black days will provide theoretical information (learning) through lectures and success stories, while the White days will focus on putting into practice the knowledge learned through the presentation of tools and practical cases.
• Likewise, the participants will solve a team challenge for which they must devise an improvement proposal and develop the deliverables that will be addressed in the White days of each thematic axis. All reports will be graded and recognition will be given to the 10 teams whose proposals obtain the highest qualification and the top 3 of these teams will be awarded in order to recognize their effort and continue promoting the proposal of high-impact projects.
