About Call for papers
- The congress will be held in its entirety virtually *. For this, an interactive virtual platform will be developed that will allow them to access the different conferences and presentations, as well as the resources and material that the Congress provides them in a synchronous and asynchronous manner.
- * For now, the Congress will be held virtually. In case the conditions improve around the pandemic, the holding of a blended congress will be evaluated.
- In the case of their works they have been accepted, carrying out the following steps:
- Step 1: register and pay your registration at the following link: https://bit.ly/2QNVGrB
- Step 2: all authors who have registered and paid will be sent a form where they will be asked to upload their presentation. The presentation template is as follows: https://drive.google.com/file/d/145jkLha0hPOWOQvJ_VjNGY9a7hYhQWlV/view?usp=sharing. The authors will be able to choose if they want to make their presentation connected live on the Congress platform or do it through a pre-recorded video. Live performances will last a maximum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 8 minutes for pre-recorded performances. Your presentation, whether live or pre-recorded, can be done in your native language (English, Portuguese or Spanish).
- During the first week of September the date and time of the presentations in the program will be confirmed to the authors. For accepted papers to be incorporated into the program, the authors must have previously registered and paid (at least one author must have paid).
